We have decided to have our own review page so that we aren’t mixed up with any other company.
It is so important in todays online market place to have transparency and I realised that when potential clients may be looking for reviews on ourselves, that we could be mistaken for other companies. I therefore decided to try and make it clear who we are and what we stand for.

The furniture looks absolutely stunning, it’s like new again! Thank you so much for squeezing this into what I’m sure is a really busy time for you. Drinks on me in the new year!

Hi David,
I have been meaning for a while to write to thank you for your efforts with this purchase. I couldn't be more happy with it.
I watched it on your website for a long time in its undyed state and was initially disappointed when the listing was updated to its new blue condition. Never in a million years would I have chosen a blue, however in person it is spectacular and I count myself lucky having not been given the opportunity to squander that choice on something more pedestrian.
Thankyou for being so responsive throughout the process. It felt like a bit of a gamble sending that kind of money offshore so there was some nerves involved.
If you will permit me one final query, is it usual for the LAPADA certificate to reach the purchaser? I would quite like a copy if there is the possibility, mostly for my own interest.

Just had to drop you a message. We’ve have just taken delivery of our two sofas & oh my goodness they are beautiful. We are delighted & they go perfectly in our grade two listed farm cottage. To be honest we took a gamble never having seen them before we bought them but we just couldn’t find what we were looking for & to add they are so comfy too.
Really looking forward to Christmas now with the family home all gathered around the fire with our beautiful new sofas. 😂

Hi David, our Peel chair arrived yesterday and we spent the evening test driving it. The verdict……wonderful! As my wife said, it isn’t like having another chair in the room, it’s like having another person in the room. what I think was he is trying to express is that the chair has its own personality. It’s a work of art and beautiful to look at. That is what you get with hand made. The personality of the person that crafted it. Thank you for a lovely item to add to our household!

Recently purchased 3 Chesterfields from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service, the sofas are amazing - beautiful to look at and really comfortable. They were also happy to customise the legs on one of the sofas for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use them again.

This is the world's greatest when it comes to Chesterfields. David is extremely attentive when it comes to guiding you through the impressive collections - Manner 1 being something that I believe it unrivalled anywhere else when it comes to handmade leather furniture.
David has just about everything to suit most budgets but for me, my recommendation, go with Signature. You will not regret it!

Over the years I've had 4 sofas and 2 chairs from Robinsons. David really knows his stuff and provided us with exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price, given the quality of the goods. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

Robinson of England have provided me with some outstanding pieces for both home and abroad. They are made to an absolutely amazing standard and look great in either a contemporary English home or (in our case) a traditional French living space!! David's team have an incredible eye for detail that cannot be under estimated. Now for our negative review
At first very friendly quick comms. Until we paid. Then pretty much ignored us for the most part despite sofa being weeks late. Eventually turned up, NOT fully restored as promised. Something splattered over parts of it, dirty under cushions patch of previous colour, scuffed. Picked up and refunded no problem, but not impressed with overall service or product.

I do always aim to respond to every client message as quickly as possible. Of course I don’t have an administrative team, it is only me, so sometimes it can take a little while. Looking back I’m sure that I did respond to every email question, text from your husband and call (approximately 20 messages in total) and hopefully you found those responses polite and professional. We did work as speedily as possible.
It can of course be difficult when such and old piece (approximately 40 years old) doesn’t meet expectations but as you said, I did refund you very quickly and before our courier had recollected there piece.
Good luck in the search for you new piece.
