Hand dying of leathers is not intended to produce perfect uniformity in the leather and should not be expected to be even throughout any piece of furniture.  It is intended to give character to this type of furniture.  As with all original upholstery, scars and creases will be evident and should be considered natural characteristics of the leather and hand dying process.  Pre-dyed leathers chosen by the client will be sourced from the specific tannery and it must be accepted that there may be batch variations in shade.

We give no guarantees that flaws will not arise and as such any flaws should be considered characteristics of the piece and in keeping with the heritage of the crafting.

All types of New furniture is made to order and therefore will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to make amendments to frames and styles if this improves the furniture or is required to fulfil client order.

If significant flaws occur within the first 6 months we reserve the right to have the furniture returned for our inspection upon which we will either repair or replace whichever we deem fit. 

It must be accepted that as all pieces are hand made and therefore there will be a 2" tolerance within dimensions.

All frames and components (springs and legs) carry a 10 year warranty and we will carry out any work we deem necessary for a nominal collection and re-delivery charge.  This warranty does not cover leather, fabric or any other covering used or damage due to abuse or commercial use.

Full payment must be received within 7 days prior to dispatch. items will be dispatched once funds have cleared. Postage/Courier is additional.

Pre-Owned - Vintage & Antique

All used goods are used, and as such are sold fit for their purpose, but please consider this before buying as all furniture is sold without warranty or guarantee and will carry marks commensurate with age.

Any previously restored furniture must not be considered new. It must be accepted that due to age, imperfections in upholstery and finish may be apparent. Furniture that is recovered on your behalf by ourselves will be done so to our standards but can have imperfections in upholstery and finish due to the age of a piece and the methods adopted by ourselves for the recovery of used furniture.  New leather and old leather will have variations.

Delivery prices and times quoted are intended to be used as a guideline only and are not to be considered a contractual offer.  A precise figure will be given upon request. Delivery can vary depending upon product ordered and no financial compensation may be given.

All goods remain our property until paid in full
